Small Campaign Change Request

There are benefits received by the original owner of a province (maximum tax value, raising troops), but I can't always remember which were the starting provinces. If you currently own a province and you were the original owner then the Raise New Army button will appear, confirming original ownership. If the AI currently owns a province then you can't really tell who the original owner was. When you select an AI province that the AI owned at the beginning of the campaign, the estimated tax value is the value that the AI will receive and not you, so you can't use this as a guide.

Could you add something to indicate the original ownership? Perhaps you could add a border line between the player side and the AI side, although this might not work if the provinces of one side are not contiguous. You could change the colour of the name of the province to indicate the original owner, or indicate it on the provincial summary text on the right hand side of the Campaign screen.

Will think about what we could do about this.

Thanks. It is not a biggie, but it makes strategic planning more difficult without this information. In the meantime, I will just take a screenshot at the start of the campaign and refer to it.

EDIT:
I see that if you create an ad hoc campaign with English vs. Swiss it is pretty easy to distinguish the starting provinces by the names, but if both sides speak the same language (German States vs. Swiss, or Scottish vs. English for example) then it doesn't work.
