I'm on iPad Air, the game worked fine for a week before I purchased "give me everything" (60EUR!)

Now the game crashes at the loading screen.

Please advise - either I get this to work, or I will file for a refund.

Please try deleting the app, then press and hold the Home and Hold buttons until the Apple logo appears. Then allow your device to reboot and once it has please redownload the app and see if it will run.

Exact Same happened to me.Also with IPad Air.

This advice didn't help. Tried it three times...
