Unit(s) Supply Percentage

In the Scenario Settings under Trigger tab there is Condition called Unit(s) Supply Percentage.

How this condition is exactly supposed to work? I would appreciate more detailed answer, thank you. Condition is reacting but I am interested in logic behind it.

It calculates the average supply percentage of all defined units (0 - 100) and compares it with the inserted value.

It is used in - for example - War Plan Orange-3 where the strong, central defense will switch to an offensive AI task if they get cut off from outside supply.

Supply percentage could be looked from two different angles. For example is unit at full or partial supply indicated by the colored circle near strength plate. No circle - yellow circle - orange circle - red circle. If we check supply percentage for targeted unit that is at full supply I would expect it to have supply percentage value of 100. But in my tests if I have supply source with 10 points of supply and unit with 3 supply points requirement supply percentage value is =33.

This made me confused and I thought it is an average percentage required from supply source but adding more supply points or changing unit and its supply requirement are not showing consistent results. To make things short, I do not see a pattern.

I just looked at the code and it does indeed not make sense when a single unit is defined, only if you use it for a whole AI team.

Will be fixed for the upcoming patch.
