Hi, I've bought the campaigns a few years ago and want to download them again as I am trying to install the game on my laptop. I found the receipt email that I got back then, back when I click the link, I get


"Cannot download


This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support. "

I've also bought allied corps, but same issue with the link.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

Hello,
that is normal the download links are available for only few days at most (I think it may even be 24 hours).

You will have to contact the company you bought the games from and request a new download link (probably Matrix games).
You will get a new download link which will also be available for few days.

Alternatively you can redeem a steam key (for free):

thanks, I've managed to register my games with steam, bit lengthily process but it is done.
