Turn based victory

Has anyone or does anyone know, how to set up a turn based victory condition?
For example, if a scenario is a delaying action, it would be ideal to determine victory based on the turn that one player achieves all of the objectives.
I'm not sure if this has been done yet?

If I understand well, you want a scenario ends when a side has achieved all objectives?

Thanks Enric, yes, once a side obtains all objectives, the game ends...it would be great if there were levels (I guess they could be done as achievements for early turns?).

Ii I remember well in the Lipki scenario, when a number of units have exited the map, the game ends.
I think also remembering that Road to Wiltz or Buckhold on BA1, the game ends when conditions were done.
