Hello i'm french and i have a problem!
The intro movie plays but I never get to the main menu. The screen show me that there is an error with arena.exe
could you help me

Please provide:

- system spec information (windows version etc)
- graphics card type

It is also a good idea to ensure you have the latest vidoe card, sound card, and so on, drivers installed.

I just got Windows Vista and installed Spartan. When I went to play the game it said that it could not locate the file d3drm.dll and therefore won't let me play.

That is windows saying it cannot find a DirectX DLL file. Looking at the web, I am seeing that this might be an issue with Vista. I will look into the best way for you to obtain the DLL. You might want to check the Microsoft DirectX page (http://www.microsoft.com/directx) to see if there is an official fix (there is not currently).

One fix that would work is to copy the DLL from the System32 diretory in the windows installation directory of an XP machine if you have one to hand, and place it in the same directory on your Vista machine.

As I say, we will look into the problem a little more. It does seem to be a problem with Vista, which must be affecting many older games.
