Hi, pls tell me where to go to re-download the game.

Why is this so difficult? Why cant I have a permanent link on my registered serial number page telling me where to go to get the download again? Pls consider doing this in general for everyone.

You need to contact the support via email to support(at)slitherine.co.uk and provide them with your serial number so they can verify your purchase and they will send you a new download link. In case you lost your serial number too provide as many other information about the purchase like credit card number used, date, name and so on to make it easier.

Alternatively you can redeem your Steam serial and register with Steam and download the game there.

Why there is no permanent download link available is something i can't tell you but consider just making backups of the installation files after you downloaded them again and you always can reinstall the game then without any hassle at any time.
