Attached is the dxdiag as well as the error.

Game (latest steam version 1.8.3) crashed, spit out an error that I couldn't record fast enough. All other games work fine, but upon going back to start the game again both through steam as well as standalone the following occurs:

Game Menu loads, then goes to black (no intro screen) and persists there.

In addition, steam validation yields 1 file failing and it continuously will fail the integrity. It proceeds to download a 2kb file each time it fails. No success on this front installing or uninstalling.

Delete the Settings subfolder in your Windows documents folder:
....\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific

Start the game and check if the issue persists.
