When I get to the MC the first part of the video plays, then the miniscreen goes black once I enter countdown and just hangs there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. I have the game through steam.

n another note I also bought the game in 2014 and it never worked, so I have bought the game twice. Is it possible for me to get a refund from my first buy?

I have been trying to send the file to you for an hr, pastebin says its too big, so I tried to send it direct, and through open note, when I submit the file it says "The extension odt is not allowed"

Please put the file inside a zip file and upload that instead. Also, see if you can include the savefile that is causing the problem inside the package as well.
