I sent you an email - I have now successfully logged in to the boards, which is progress. To restate: I loaded the game got a strange message about a patch and then discovered every scenario I downloaded in the game, all my work, the 3SF models sent by a fellow modder have been scrubber out of the Mygames folder on my PC. I have had no crashes, no anything that I am aware of. Do you have any idea, besides the obvious admonition - which I have been failing myself with repeatedly - by burn a back up copy of the MyGames folder. I cannot at the moment re-download any of the user-created scenarios.

This is somewhat vexing, especiallly as I cannot understand what happened, whether its my fault or whether something else is going on.

-Thank you for your time, patience, and courtesy in looking into this issue. I suspect in my frustration that if there is an easy answer my frame of mind is preventing me from seeing it. That is why I am depending on you wiser, cooler head.

Hi Robert,

If the contents of your My Games folder have been emptied, this has not been done by the game (unless you deleted each individual campaign one by one from the Historical screen using the “Delete this Campaign from your computer” button at the bottom right of the screen). Even if you re-installed the game it would not empty the My Games folder.

Have you checked your Recycle Bin to see if the files are there?

Have you done a search for one of your scenario.bam files to see if somehow they have been moved elsewhere on your computer?

Now that you have gained access to the boards, can you also re-download the user scenarios that are available in-game? (If not, one reason why this might be so is if the scenarios are still in fact there in /My Games/PIKEANDSHOT/Campaigns)

It is possible that someone from technical support may be able to shed some light on this - I have copied them into my reply to your emails.
