Slitherine

I recently bought a new iPad. One of the first things that I did was to re download all my Slitherine games. In all but one case, I was able to have my in app purchased material added by opening the game and hitting the restore button. However, for the original Battle Academy, there is no restore button. How do I restore my purchasesdcampaigns for BA?
