Serial number non existent

Hi,
Can't login to multiplayer mode on iPad . I get the error serial number non existent .

Help please.

Now gives invalid login if I use the new password. Same error with old password.

Can't login to the forum now....I don't use unified login

It seems you have more than one account, and you are trying to login from the wrong PBEM account.
