Tried to open the Thor-Able (sp?) and the game hung.

I was opening the lunar orbiter, chose the not-yet-opened rocket program. The program gave me the choice of returning to the probe or to the rocket management screen - but wouldn't accept a click on either.

Indeed, we got a similar bug report not so long ago. It's been already fixed and ready to be shipped in the next update. You can always check the changelog here.
