Keeps freezing

Hi all, Ive recently brought this game on the Slitherine website as i played it on DS and i own commander great war also, However when playing GS 3.0 It plays well then but suddenly one turn it just stops and shows the hourglass but nothing happens?
Plus it makes everything go big on the windows screen

Upgrade to GS v3.10 first. I guess you play against the AI. We made a patch for game.class file to fix an issue regarding AI movement of convoys and subs. Search the forums for locations to the upgrade files needed.

Alright thanks so im on GS 3.0, im downloading 3.1 where can i find the patches?
