On opening the download (OoB Pacific SetupRelease-183-2), transferring it to Apps, and then opening it, all I get is a series of flashing partial black and totally black screens after which the whole App quits. I tried deleting the Beta app and reinstalling, then uninstalling all OoB and reinstalling the download, but to no avail.

I think you have the details of my iMac, but if you want them again, I'll happily send them.

Please can you try clicking Go then to Home. This will open up a folder structure. Then try going to the Order of Battle: Pacific folder. Within this you will see a folder Settings. Delete the contents of this folder, then run the game and see if the issue persists.

Please also don't use your coupon code as the serial number. The email with the order details will contain your serial number.
