i unpinned v65 from my taskbar, now i need to path to the root folder for v65 so i can access its exe file

Hello Kayeldee. Is this for the standalone version or the Steam version? If it is the standalone version, it should install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\Vietnam65.

For the Steam version, by default it will install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Vietnam 65

Check your start menu might be listed there and right click to see properties or run a search for Vietnam65.
Here's mine search for the Vietnam 65
"C:\Matrix Games\Vietnam 65\autorun.exe"

still cant find it

Why did you u pin V65 in the first place....

I hope the tech guys get you sorted, I will chat to the programmer as well.

Maybe uninstall it and reinstall it and see where it's going in

sorry, yes i did (i was thinking of another type of pin [the ATM type]) I keep all my games shortcuts pinned there and i find it much easier to find them when I do have a bunch of games...and gaming is pretty much all i do,

I have one folder on my desktop named GAMES after install i move the game icon there.Also inside I have folders for types Wargames ,Matrix,Flight ETC
Keeps my desktop.When I,m going to play something all day I pop it out to the desktop temporarily

Unfortunately, there's not much more help we can offer here. If it's not in its default location as specified by JoeMiller, then it literally could have been placed anywhere when you installed it. The best options are, as suggested by RussW, to check the location of the link in your Start Menu (if that's still there), or to trawl through uninstall information. Otherwise, windows search should index all reasonable program install locations and should be able to find it.

Guess who found out how to get into their V 65 game...thats right, its me!!!

and V65, i wasnt actually looking for a shortcut, but what i was looking for was the actual "exe." file, which would be located in the game's root file
