Screen displaying not full screen

Please do the following:
Click in the Load/Save/Options button at the top left and on the next screen click on the button Advanced Options.
Select your screen resolution in the resolution list and click on the Windowed button for changing to Full Screen.
Exit the menu and quit the game. Next time you restart the game should be in full screen.
