When start a game or a training I don't know whether to go out or to save.
The thing is very strange but I doesn't see menu of exit.

I'm not entirely certain what you mean. Please provide a click by click breakdown of your problem, the actions you need to do to show the issue. Then hopefully we can help you.

The options button is above the end turn button, so almost in the bottom right corner of the screen. There you have text such as "Save Game" or "Quit Game" or "Exit Game", you can point at and click.
