Getting "login isn't activated" , when trying to play multiplayer in panzer corp. Is there a problem with this account??? I playing with this account for years.

when trying to login into Multi player in Panzer Corp . I get message that say my "login isn't activated" . Is there a reason for this and how can I fix it.

multiple times. " The reason was my computer keep crashing after loading game . I fixed the issue . Can someone unlock my account.
