Apologies if this has been asked before but I could not find anything using the search tool.

Anyway when the rules say that a terrain piece must be placed in your own half or your opponents half of the table (during initial placement) must all of the terrain piece be placed in the relevant half of the table or just part of it?

In your own or opponents half has always been interpreted as entirely in that half.

Yeah, there has been some shonky attempts in the past, but basically you draw a line down the centre and it must start entirely on one side or the other
