Is there a way to get a history (like a credit rating?) for multiplayer opponents? I would like to be able to avoid the people who don't finish games. I rarely got to 'win' panzer corps games and the only ones that I saw through to the end were the ones that I lost. It would be very helpful if we could see how many times a player surrendered or had games claimed against them, then we could avoid these opponents. What do people think?

I would be careful with such ratings. Players may agree on resigns/claims for valid reasons.

Pick up challenges from a few players or host a a couple of new challenges.
Then continue with those that you have had a good playing experience with.
