Those which are already working with Windows 8/8.1 shouldn't have any problem.

What about DOS games and Win95, Win98 and Xp and Vista games an even Win7?? What about those?

same answer as above tbh, as what ever you did to get the game or app / program to work in windows 8.1, will also need to be done in windows 10, so as none support dos, you will need a front end to get dos games to work in win 10, same as all other o/s mentioned
