I fired up CoH 1.38 today and checked for an update. I was informed that there was a version 1.39 available, but it would not download (failed to create a handle).

How does one obtain this update? Is there a later update available, and if so, how does one obtain that?

I got my patch from the Download section of the Matrix website. I just checked and it is still obtainable there.

Like Richard1 told you or you can just download it from the link below:

ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/Conflicto ... e-v139.zip

Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

Been a crazy year, but I finally got back to this.
