Slitherine

This one will take a while if you want to recreate it but in my game as Dragonhold after I beat the first set of objectives I choose to side with Galeni. Once allied with Galeni I worked my way down to get a border with them as the objective states. After this however is when the player *Wins* as Draghold and when this bug,or after end continue, appeared. Once the Win menu pops up if you chose to play on the game gives you another goal to border and Allie with Hadrgel, While deleting the old goals to Allie and border Galeni.

Now I don't know if this is a bug or was intended so I came here to ask.

Quick Update for this bug.
It seems to have also disabled some of my diplomacy options as I can't ally with Hadrgel, I can't see the Alliance Treaty option( Only with Hadrgel from what I can tell ), I even checked to make sure It was not due to my alliance with Galeni by breaking said alliance and waiting 5 turns.
