I tried to google the name of a Japanese Captain (likely) or Admiral (rather looks lower rank) that was assigned to me as Naval Commander at Midway.

But well, I guess the namesake wasn't a drummer...

1. Who was Kenshi/Kenji Kato, and what was his historical role at Midway?
2. On a game-related level, he adds +3 attack vs large vessels. I wonder if I should buy 2nd Yamato for him or add him to a Tone Cruiser. My first Yamato got he +2 defense hero and I found at Coral Sea that my "19" strength Tone-guns have serious trouble vs. American New Orleans Cruisers, to the point of their torpedoes being way more effective.

I tried finding a Kato Kenji or Kato Kenshi, as Japanese names often get reversed and transcribed differently.
There are many, but no IJN Captain match so far.

Interesting, something Google or rather I can't find.

The closest I came was CVL Ryūjō - Captain Tadeo Kato.

Is there a master list of all the leaders and what they do?
