My opponent complained, and now it has happened to me.

I select a fighter and it shows the estimated damage to the opponents airplane. I move the fighter next to the other air target, however I am unable to attack.
Any ideas why?

I just ran a quick hot-seat test of New Britain using all Japanese and Allied fighters. All of them works normally.


A long shot, but you are of course both sure you have not mistaken a tactical bomber for a fighter?
Some of the types are kind of similar in appearance. I've made that mistake a few times myself...
