While playing within the game and the go to the main menu, or when on the main menu when starting the game, if I click on the link for 'OPTIONS', the following message pops up and then the game just shuts down;

***Unhandled Exception! ExpCode: 0xE06D7363 ExpFlags:1
ExpAddress: 0x7621C42D Please report!
