I bought the game some time ago and have redeemed it on Steam.
Few days ago I noticed that the game is also available on iOS.

Can I use the license I already have to play the game on iOS?
If so, how can I activate it? Thanks.

Apple doesn't allow cross promotion of games, so no you would need to purchase it separately on iOS.
