Hi,

The awesome Pandora game I helped playtest recently started crashing on startup after it upgraded to 1.4.4. It previously worked great. I have tried completely disabling my Norton Suite. I have the error message but what format will the upload attachment permit? (it rejects .docx and .pdf)

I have two kids that are anxiously awaiting your assistance, thanks!

Can you put the error-message in a Zip-file? Image-formats like jpg or png should also work.

It says that the file "PandoraServer.exe" cannot be found. This is extremely weird. Can you look into the game's binaries-folder if it really is not there?

I see the Pandora.exe file and the Pandora updater.exe file but no server.exe file.

Can you try reinstalling the game?

Hmmmm, but how would I do that? I'm sure the link where I purchased it two years ago has expired by now.

I only have been messing around with the Eclipse of Nashira DLC and so don't know what could have possibly gone wrong with the vanilla-game.
One of the most important files from the game simply going missing cannot be that hard to fix for them.

Please run the updater (PandoraUpdater.exe) to fully update and download any missing files.
