Scenarios not installed?

Looks like the server check wether you have a particular scenario installed does not always agree with my PC.
Note the Papua scenarios in the screenshot, one is black (ongoing game) and the other is red (not installed).
For what its worth, I also have the '1v1 Burma 1942-45' installed even though it is on the red list on the server.
