Slitherine

I am playing conquest mode of Brogen Hur (annex 200 provinces). Sovenne just declared war on me and I am pushing east into Cragenwaste. At the end of my turn, I click the end turn button, but the game says that I cannot continue. A dialogue box pops up saying that I cannot continue and that sometimes an important decision must be made first, referencing an example of a vote or something. I cannot see anywhere on my screen anything indicating a decision to make. I have clicked and read every tab that I have available but am unable to find what it is I need to do before I can end my turn. Any ideas?

Also, when I was fighting Karoth(sp?) their unit leader (war mage) used his special ability to deal damage to one of my troops, killing them. This resulted in the card displaying a "no text found" in lieu of whatever text was supposed to be there when he used the special ability.

IF the game says that there is a pending decision, this indicates that one of the messages which appear in the top-left still needs to be dealt with - most of them can be safeky ignored, but there are a couple which are important enough that the game will not allow you to proceed until they have been acknowledged.

Thanks. I did finally notice those circles up there (on a different game). However, on the reload, the game let me advance and did not hang on the decision, nor did it have notifications in upper left corner meaning it must have been a random event of some sort that needed addressed. I'll try looking there if this happens again. I'm playing through all of the campaign goals for each nation, starting with the dwarves in Brogen. This game is awesome.

Somehow the same's happening with me, actually. Just can't click anywhere on the screen after a hero is hired; I'm playing the undead campaign and just restarted the game twice, to no avail.
The foreign affairs button can't be clicked, much like all the rest (I can't save the game either).

edit: is has happened again. Different class, but the same deal: after a hero is hired, the non-click bug appears. There's no message on the upper left screen and, on the bottom left, there an un-clickable sign written ERROR in it.
