it would be nice it US fighters could select weapons like rockets or napalm. the fighter would have to drop the weapons if it's wants to engage as a fighter and return to base to reload.

The F4U Corsair, known as the "Sweetheart of Okinawa" could be equipped with bombs, rockets or napalm in addition to the six .50 caliber machine guns in the wings. It would be cool if alternate ordinance loads could be selected. Of course, I'm just an old Marine wingwiper and am naturally prejudiced.
