Not even sure it's worth posting, but just a note nit.

If an action results in an event that achieves an Award, the Award notification appears before initiating (or completing) the associated event animation. It takes away that one or two seconds of mental anticipation between initiating an action and watching the result/animation unfold.

I discovered another one along the same vein. Original version.

I had infantry and helicopter occupying the same hex come under fire from NVA. It appeared to be a contact engagement from NVA movement. The resulting narrative/action went like this:

"Our choppers are taking RPG fire"
[Action showing NVA/Infantry combat]
[Infantry wins engagement]
No damage to chopper.

I guess it's not "technically" incorrect in the model given they were both in the same hex, but just wanted ya'll to know about it in case there was more than just the narrative flow that is affected under the model.
