Where can I download this new update? Thanks! Automatic update in game does not work!

Same for me, can't load the update, goes through to the end and then error occurs.

Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

I can scroll left and right but not up and down after installation of update...

Delete the Settings folder at:
....\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific
