This may seem like a dumb question. Why does normal resupply to a forward base not refuel tanks, APC, & cobras??? I understand no fuel in emergency resupply. But with normal resupply from either the firebase or main base should include fuel. It does for the eng vehicle and Huey's

Also if you build a forward base and abandon it and it gets destroyed how many pp's do you lose??
