Problem with playing on tablet after installing v1.11 patch

After installing new patch, I met with strange behaviors. I play the game on the tablet (Asus T100 with Win8.1). If I click with finger in the game (on Intelligence map or on the main game map) on any icon (Air Strike, End Turn, Village, Main Base ...) then this icon is only highlighted but do not execute the desired action.
Clicking in the main menu on each buttons is seamless.
I tried it on a laptop with touch screen (Lenovo Flex 2, Win8.1) with the same behaviour. If I click with the mouse cursor then everything is ok, if I click on the same icon with finger on the screen, then icon is only highlighted but do not execute the requested operation.
In the previous version (v1.00) everything was ok. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and in the v1.00 is everything ok. After installing v1.11 is controlling on tablet broken.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your support.
And thank you also for the excellent game.
