Slitherine

1) The Japanese player can create a MG nest next to an enemy unit. I think it should not.
2) The MG nest can attack the same turn it is created, I think it should not.
These units are useful enough as is.

.. and I think they should not be built adjacent, they turn into a Maginot Line.
