Unit upgrade intermittent bug with non-active Upgrade button

I have the Warhammer 40k Armageddon with all DLCs and the latest patch installed on Steam and I have noticed next issue.
Pretty often Upgrade button on upgrade screen becomes non click able when you try to upgrade unit even if you have enough requisition points.
There is a work around though:
You can try to select/deselect transport if it is an infantry unit or click on another target unit and back.
It works in most cases.
Honestly speaking it is not the end of the world but steel is an annoying thing.
Has anyone else noticed this thing or it is just me?
Are developers aware of the issue?
