New Zealand: Missing Picture and Super Slow AI turns

Two issues to report on this save, the easy one is that the clear waters newspaper clipping just has a blank screen where the picture would be. The other issue is that the AI just takes an insane amount of time to complete their turn, probably around 10 minutes. I am not sure if it is an issue the Dutch recon car causing issues or what.
