When I first started playing OOD, I was playing the Guadalcanal scenario, when during one of the turns this Japanese bomber shows up looking like it was half built (some rendering issue??). The bomber looks like there are panels missing out of it and incomplete. I updated my video card, and sure enough there was that one half constructed air unit again. After my windows XP started to slow down, I ended up buying a brand new desk top PC. OOD played a lot smoother and faster, but the bomber was still there, I updated the game with the new patch, still there, I updated my brand new video card, same thing.
What’s with this half bomber anyway? Has anyone else seen it? It is a Japanese two engine bomber with green paint and the rising sun insignia, and some unfinished work on the fuselage and wings. It literally looks like someone did not finish it.

When I next see it i will try to get a screen shot unless someone can solve this mystery for me, and BTW all the other units, air, land see, on both sides look fine, just this one bomber

I had the same "ghost" bomber.

Yes, I had a bomber with weird texture, too.

Does it stay after reloading? I had it one or two times too, but it was always gone after a reload.

I've had it too. Didn't seem to be a problem for game play, just looks bad.

In my previous post I mentioned a half built Japanese bomber,, well here it is, it seems to show up routinely in the Guadalcanal scenario when you play the allies.
