Has anyone tried to introduce winter camo units as part of the upgrade path?, ie they become aviable only in the winter period, cost no more than the vanilla unit they replace till summer kit comes back in.

I haven't tried exactly that but I think it ought to be straight forward enough. What I tried was making units switchable between vanilla/winter/desert or camo/winter/desert depending on the unit's entry into service. This worked well but the only problem is it gets tedious adding this for units that were already switchable. For example, an 88 will end up with six switchable options. In my case, my 88 is now already 3-way switchable to act as AAA/AT/Art, so I only gave the AAA version switchable skins, if that makes sense. Anyway, whether you make them switchable or upgradable, it can be done.

Although someone smarter than me will have to figure out how to make them upgradable only during winter scenarios, if you really want that option. That's why I went with the "switchable option".
