Slitherine

Despite I destroyed the Yamato at Midway, and got a pin at my campaign map saying the Yamato won't threaten my fleet anymore, I destroyed two more by now. One at the Philippine Sea that was with the southern CV TF, and now a second during the Philippines Invasion with as part of the northern surface TF. I thought there were only 2 Yamato class ships ever.
Well, maybe the IJN didn't get the memo, but the age of battleships is over. You just a glorified artillery platform slash torpedo sponge.

There were 3, but one (Shinano) was converted to an aircraft carrier late in the war. There was a planned 4th but this never got finished.
