Leader missing

In the Philippine Sea scenario the ace pilot leader did not show after the completion of the secondary objective. I guess he has a concealable trait

Is it the one where you need to shot down 20 planes? Mine didn't turn up on that 1 hahahaha

Yes. Now I am wondering if there is some conditions to be met that I am not aware of, or it is just a bug.

no idea lol didnt get mine either, got most of my plane kills from hanger lol maybe they need to be shot down from air

I had him already in my core, assuming Commander K. Wilson stands for Commander Kevin Wilson. A leader with 1 hex radius and +2 attack bonus against large and small ships.
I think I got him in Midway. Maybe this is a second chance to get him, or it was an oversight.
If this is indeed a second chance to get him, if you missed him in Midway, then I expect his skill being upgraded if he was already in your core.

I got that buddy too in midway didnt notice if he was upgraded let me chk back on that thx for the update dragoon
