Is repairing a unit during the deployment phase cheaper than during the scenario, like PzC, or is it the same price?

Same price from what I've seen. I checked it on a couple of units way early, but haven't really looked since then. Another question would be whether using a repair ship is cheaper, more expensive or the same too?

Hopefully its all the same. I hate having to game the system for a few extra bucks.

Repair during deployment ensure you can repair max strength.
In play being next to an enemy unit prevents that. Low efficiency may also put a cap on repair.
