error trying to update to 167

The game tries to update from update3.matrixgames.com but I keep getting the error: An error occurred while trying to open an FTP site.
Please download the update from any of these mirrors:
http://ftp.ca.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... p-v167.zip
http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... p-v167.zip
Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.
