EA 1.5 release.

As DragonHold Vessoi had a province called Koldavia which was econ level 3. I besieged the province down to econ 1. The province econ number did not turn red. I peaced out before taking the province. Went to was later and took the province and when it went down to econ 0 it turned red. Half price to get to level 1 but full price for every level after that.

My province of Ulrav was econ 5. Elidon besieged the province bringing it down to 4 and it did not turn red. I liberated the province and now have to pay full price to restore it to level 5.

This doesn't happen on every province as I have taken a lot of Iron Barony lands but seems hit and miss.

Have not tried anyone else since 1.5 as this was the first game.


Thanks in advance for fixing or letting me know if working as intended.

In the current version, a province will only go red (and therefore be half price to repair) when it is brought below it's starting economy level.
