Picture missing in few special events

Not a real issue, just FYI, I got a few special events pop-up with no picture in it. The last one I saw was the "Clear Water" special event in the New Zealand map (Japan Campaign), another one IIRC was in the Guadalcanal map. All other events showed properly.
