Can the AI see into the fog of war? I am playing the U.S. Campaign in the Bataan scenario and twice I evacuated a unit to move South that was several hexes south of the front line and no Japanese airplanes anywhere around and the both times a Japanese tank moved to take the unoccupied city as the AI clearly knew no one was defending it.

I could be wrong and somehow it was within the fog of war, but since it happened twice I thought it fair to ask.

The AI uses the same 'possible moves' as the player, which includes FOW effects.
