Great game guys, keep the content coming.
For multiplayer,
Doesn't look like custom maps download automatically, the name of the map doesn't even seem to display, am I wrong here? This is annoying

.

You have to download cumstom scenarios, links in the proper folder in the scenario/mods section.
Then select join to accept a challenge (you can still cancel), you should see something like this.
Or you can host a challenge, select the scenario from the list and then switch the tab to map preview.

Thanks, is there a way to automate this in the future -- planned? It creates friction to get my friends in to the game. Also, is there a standard repository for the custom missions etc? What about Steam workshop at some point? Thanks.

I think it works fine. The only thing that bothers me is that there are no easy way to remove/filter obsolete games.
Currently there's a lot of old stuff there.
All custom scenarios etc here:

Just downloaded Wake Island 41, put it in the scenerio file under the game and it didn't work. I can tell you right now that there are 2 guys that won't play if it's not easy to get in to a game -- just the way it is. Maybe some day in the future. Thanks.

Well, there are plenty of fresh players that are involved in MP-games, so it is do-able
When you say you copy to the game folder, what folder was that exactly?
It sounds like you may have placed in the main games folder where the official scenarios reside. This won't work.

Hmm, put them in the scenerio folder and still stays not installed. Not sure if it's the same version etc maybe. This is really where a lot of issues come in with this. Could really use an auto down loader -- too bad.

Yep that is really too bad. But maybe they can join later. It is simply a matter of downloading the scenario and put it in the scenario folder in the screenshot I provided.
It is important that both players have downloaded the same scenario though. That's why I added versions number in the scenario name and its folder after some friendly advice from the devs.

Thanks for the help and the content! Naw, they are gone until it can d/l. Most only have about 40 minutes in the morning to quickly get in to a game then kids etc. hehe. Also, we would need to distribute the files around / keep version numbers etc etc etc, too much time for them many days.
