I cut off infantry on the left side of the Java map but it is still supplied. I have seen the same problem in this video:

Is this a bug? If not what’s going on there?

It looks like the Dutch Landstorm units are set to require 0 supply (as well as some other missing stats). Tha obviously isn't right!
